This forehead support is compatible only with the original Mirage Quattro™ Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear. It is not compatible with any other versions of the Quattro mask or any other masks manufactured by ResMed. Only the forehead support is included with this purchase. No other components of the mask are included.
