FreeStyle 5 is equipped with the UltraSense™ which provides pulsed dispensing more sensitive than other devices, including those with the "sleep" setting.
The sophisticated technology embodied in the microprocessor provides a pulsed flow quickly and reliably in the initial part of the inspiration phase, when the lungs occurs the highest level of gas exchange. This gives you the peace of mind that patients are receiving exactly the oxygen we need, when you need them most.
Furthermore, unlike any other portable concentrator on the market, the technology UltraSense™ ensures a smooth flow even with cannulas up to 7.6 m long.
FreeStyle 5 patients always come to the finish line. The internal battery lasts up to 3 hours-3 and a half hours between charges and the other. In case of long duration away from a power source used, you can use the AirBelt FreeStyle™, an optional accessory that allows you to extend the battery life of several hours.
The AirBelt connects easily to any unit and, depending on the setting, can offer up to 7-10 hours of walking between charges and the other. With this unit, patients in oxygen can participate in sporting events, music festivals or training courses that last all day or even take advantage of the additional benefits offered by the units FreeStyle FAA approved during long trips.
